Re : License - AdAudit

Hello,

Please apply the patch from below link and observe the issue. 


1. Stop ADAudit Plus. (Start --> All Programs --> ADAudit Plus --> Stop ADAudit Plus).   
(Start --> All Programs --> ADAudit Plus --> Stop ADAudit Plus)
In case you have installed ADAudit Plus as a NT Service, stop the service (Start --> Run --> type services.msc ---> Stop "ManageEngine ADAudit Plus" )

 2. Go to <Installation Dir>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\lib (Ex: C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\lib) and Rename the Four files 1. petinfo.dat , 2. product.dat, 3. Free.xml and 4. AdventNetLicense.xml with_bak extension. (Eg: AdventNetLicense.xml_bak, petinfo.dat_bak)

3. Download the attached file " License fix.zip"  from the above link extract and  save the "petinfo.dat", "product.dat" , "Free.xml" and AdventNetLicense.xml to the location <Installation Dir>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\lib

4. Open the command prompt (right click run as administrator). 

5. Go to location  <Installation dir>\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\bin>run.bat(execute this file to start the product) Finally the query ends with http://localhost:8081/

6. Now try to login to the console if it is working then terminate the query in the command prompt(ctrl+c).

7. Start ADAudit Plus service.

8. Apply the registered license in the product console once. 

9 .Click on "Domain Settings" link and Enable the event collection on all the Domain Controllers by click on the Red icon adjacent to Domain Controllers Name.
